We invite you to help support Empowered Pathways through a donation to our Mohawk Valley Gives Campaign! When you donate this week, or on the Day of Giving (September 20), your donation and all funds raised through this campaign will support the Women’s Employment & Resource Center (WERC) program and our Family Mediation Services!
Exciting News! You can MORE than double your donor power through a 1:1 Donor Match and a Unique Donor Match provided by UpMobility!
1:1 Bonus Match: Every dollar you donate through this online campaign (up to $10,000) will be matched by UpMobility DOUBLING your contribution! Only one donation per person will be matched.
Unique Donor Match: For every unique (one-time donor) donor UpMobility will provide a $200 bonus match (up to $15,000).
A donation of just $5 can generate $210 to help purchase new desktop computers for our WERC employment training lab and provide critical support for our Family Mediation Services.
THE WOMEN'S EMPLOYMENT & RESOURCE CENTER (WERC)
WERC helps place women in sustainable employment and has a long history of providing quality training programs including computer skills, customer service, business communications, soft skills, and interview skills. WERC’s training programs not only teach valuable skills but also build self-confidence and effectively address barriers to employment.
RESTORATIVE PRACTICES FOR FAMILIES AND YOUTH
The Family Team Meeting process gives families the choice to enter a more empowering, respectful process in which peaceful resolutions to family disputes are cultivated by the family members. The School Attendance Mediation process helps schools, students, and families increase student attendance and improve educational outcomes. We engage students directly to help them identify their barriers to attendance, ensuring the mediation process is strength-based and youth-focused.
