In these very trying times, Empowered Pathways is dedicated to working side by side with our community partners to be socially responsible and protect our

clients, volunteers, and our staff. We are doing all in our power to continue offering services to those who need them without compromising the health and well-being of everyone involved.

Through technology, we are committed to monitor and respond to phone, mail, and email messages daily and maintain our commitment to serve the Mohawk Valley.

We currently have capabilities to host and attend virtual meetings through Zoom, process forms for signatures, and continue to conduct most business through safer, alternative methods. If you’ve never used Zoom, our staff can walk you through the simple steps to access it on your computer, tablet or cell phone. All of the mediation services you’ve come to rely on, including custody/visitation, divorce mediation, conflict coaching, parent/teen mediation, workplace issues and much more, will still be available but you won’t need to travel to our office. You can access them from the safety and comfort of your home.

Our Women’s Employment & Resource Center is still assisting with resumés, cover letters, and job searches. We plan to conduct mini-WERCshops via Zoom soon. If you are seeking to re-enter the workforce or have lost your job due to the COVID-19 health crisis, know that we are “virtually” open for business and can link you with employers that are hiring now.
